I spent 20+ years working in clinical laboratories with an emphasis on microbiology. A resident of the Hudson Valley all my life, I have worked in a variety of clinical settings from urban to country. The field of medical technology has allowed me to expand my education and raise a family, to travel, and to meet a wide variety of people. People will always need healthcare, and I have felt great pride in the role I play in helping people, whether it is a simple test for a physical or a complex diagnostic test that might allow a physician to decide on a treatment plan.
